Deep, penetrating tissue massage is most commonly used to help ease severe and uncomfortable muscle tension and spasms. This special technique, knows as deep tissue massage, uses slow even pressure to maximize relief results and minimize discomfort.
To get the most out of a deep tissue massage, we highly recommend that all of our clients are properly hydrated prior to their massage session. We also recommend continuing to hydrate with plenty of water AFTER the session as well. This will aid in the removal of all toxins throughout the body that were stored in the deeper levels of muscle tissue.
